Exchanges, Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

All sales transactions are final.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please notify us via email as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend any details.

We regret to inform you that cancellations are not permitted after an order has been placed. This ensures minimal disruption to our order fulfillment process. In exceptional cases where a cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee of $5.00 will apply.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Returns and exchanges are only applicable for items that arrive in a faulty or damaged condition and must be in their original packaging.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned item is received at our warehouse. The item must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, and in its original packaging) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Casezity is not responsible for any returned parcels lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain goods (e.g., innerwear), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us via email within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt. Include clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue. Upon reviewing the evidence, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. The product must be returned to us for inspection before any resolution is finalized.
