No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account with Casezity offers several benefits:

Please contact us to update your email address. We can also update your name and address, but we cannot modify your order once it’s placed.
All transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your credit card uses another currency, the total will be converted based on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer on the transaction date.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit cards, or cash on delivery.
Your information is protected with SSL encryption during checkout. Credit card details are sent directly to our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, even after confirmation or credit card authorization. If your order is canceled after authorization, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Cancellations are subject to a $0.50 fee, as our payment processor charges for cancellations. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
All information must be entered in English, including punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters, please use similar English equivalents (e.g., replace "?" with "c").
Once an order is processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select. Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your order using the tools provided on our Track Your Order page.
Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
If items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and details.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped the next day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends. During holidays or sale seasons, processing times may be longer.

Prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs office. These charges are not covered by Casezity.
Free shipping applies to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale, and oversized/overweight items. Free shipping orders are delivered via economy shipping.
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Note: Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Return shipping fees and other related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns may take up to 14 business days to process once received. We will notify you via email once your return is processed.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. If you paid by credit or debit card, contact your card issuer for details on when the refund will appear in your account.
